Candidates to upload shortform details about themselves into a global database which can be searched by hiring institutions (recruitment and search firms will not be allowed access). Candidates will remain anonymous until a hiring institution has made contact with details of a job opportunity and, if the jobseeker is interested, he or she will be able to press a button to release their identity and send off his or her CV. This is a confidential service where the candidate is in control.

Clients to access the system by searching for candidates under certain key criteria. Although we will eventually charge for this service, firms are able to sign up for free, and no charge will be made for any candidate sourced before 31.12.2008.
