HR Business Partner, Trading

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources this role will be responsible for the relationship management for a trading client base. It will provide innovative and proactive Human Resources management which, aligned to the vision and strategy, will contribute to the achievement of short, medium and long term objectives of the business area and the firm as a whole, creating competitive advantage through pragmatic best practice applications to human resource issues.
Through proactive relationship management and consultancy, you will raise and maintain the position of HR, emphasising creative, innovative and value added HR solutions. You will also represent HR at departmental management committee level where appropriate and to participate fully in debate on both human resource and other business issues in order to ensure HR is viewed as a valued business partner.
To be a candidate you must have experience working in HR for a trading client group.
