Our client requires an advisor level professional to join the team and provide cover in a mixed role. There will be the management of ongoing initiatives and also providing leadership and assistance in various projects.

• Lead and drive the Performance Management agenda to include delivery and support to the business and to ensure that the on-line system delivers accordingly
• Lead and drive the development agenda including management & leadership development
• Lead the Steering Group responsible for managing the graduate development scheme
• Lead and drive the delivery and evaluation of the learning and development strategy including management of 3rd party supplier/provider relationships and the development budget
