A leading City law firm with offices across the entire the globe. The firm is focused on developing their people and HR is viewed as vital to the business.
THE ROLE
Your role is to manage the Shared Services function and work very closely with the HR Business Partners. You will be reporting into the Head of Operations.
* You will be responsible for developing a team which consistently delivers a high quality service
* You will improve the overall service of Shared Services function and adding value by putting in new policies and procedures
* You will be a strong leader and be able to manage and motivate your team
* You will be a proactive, positive individual with a strong team ethic
* You will be able to build relationships throughout the firm and understand the challenges which the HR Business Partners face and be able to relate to them
YOUR BACKGROUND
* You will have experience working in a shared service environment
* If you have experience working as a true Business Partner, this would be a distinct advantage
* You will be able to demonstrate your strong customer service skills
* You will have knowledge of SAP
* You will have exposure to an outsourced payroll service
* You will have gained your experience from another professional services organisation or other blue chip institution
