Title: Senior Reward Advisor
Job Description:
This cutting edge Financial Services organisation is seeking a Senior Reward Advisor to join their established team. The role will involve working very closely with the HR team and business, and will have an international coverage across 15 European countries. The two main areas of focus will be on the on-going development, provision and analysis of Compensation Market Information and on the provision and review of the Job Evaluation processes. In addition to these core elements the position will comprise all aspects of the Reward spectrum, including Data Management and metrics, advising Senior stakeholders on Data Analysis and Reward policy, supporting the Salary Review process & Comp rounds, overseeing Global Mobility, process management of Benefit plans (including UK Pension Plans and Company Car policies), and being involved in Reward-related projects.

Day-to day responsibilities include:
** Track, analyse and report on pay market movements and trends; make recommendations regarding appropriate survey participation
** Carry out the production of weekly and monthly data reports for Senior heads of business to enable them to make compensation decisions
** Manage employee Global Mobility process, ensuring the work permit and tax issues associated with inter-country relocations are carried out effectively, ensuring compliance with local regulations
** Work closely with other members of the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure best practice
** Responsibility for data reconciliation and cleansing
** Respond and produce ad hoc data and reporting - this may require understanding exactly what the business requirements are and also to discuss the limits of what you are able to produce from the available information
** Point of contact on daily issues on data for business managers and HR
** Interacting with HR and the business on headcount moves and changes
** Meeting with managers to maintain key relationships and discuss data/data processes
** Assisting in continually reviewing existing processes to maximise efficiency levels and seamlessly client delivery
** Contributing to the development of HR systems and associated user acceptance testing
** Managing intranet pages for reward and performance, performance management and collaboration promotion
** Building relationships and working closely with business partners
Skills:
It is essential to have used Excel and Access to a high level and to be able to produce spreadsheets to view and analyse data
A technical degree in Maths/Finance/Accounting or similar is highly desirable
An additional European language highly desirable
Prior experience must be obtained in the Financial Services sector or a LARGE Blue Chip organisation, ideally a European house
Excellent communication skills and relationship building at a senior level are critical attributes as interaction with the business will be frequent
