THE ROLE
Our client seeks a Graduate Recruitment Manager for its London office. Our client is focused on developing its people and has an incredible name and reputation in the graduate market. This role would be ideal for someone who is currently in a number 2 position in their current firm and has some people management experience or is currently looking for a new challenge in a different environment.
You will be involved in:
MARKETING/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
* Working with all universities and colleges the firm currently has relationships with
* Developing new relationships with the universities and colleges
* All marketing initiatives, to include drafting copy, dealing with sponsorship requests and managing marketing budget
* Diversity initiatives
* Organising and attending events
RECRUITMENT
* Responsible for the graduate recruitment campaign and working with creative agencies
* Shortlisting of candidates
MANAGEMENT
* You will be responsible for the Graduate Recruitment Executives and Administrators
* You will run all their performance appraisals
* You will identify their training needs
YOUR PROFILE
You will ideally have worked in the legal sector already. Otherwise you will have a proven track record in professional services or investment banking space. You will also have a good grasp of UK Employment Law.
You will possess:
* Excellent communication skills across all levels
* Strong organisational skills, the ability to work to firm deadlines, strong understanding of the graduate recruitment cycle
* strong client-facing skills and the ability to present to large audiences
