IT Delivery Systems Manager / IT Development Manager / IT Relationship Manager required to provide leadership for a small team of project managers as well as manage an outsourced delivery IT relationship. The successful candidate must have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. You must manage relationships on a Global scale with challenging areas of the business. A technical understanding is key to be able talk the language of technical teams. An IT development background and IT implementation would be a key part of your skillset with knowledge of development lifecycles, Prince, RAD, Agile etc and well as knowledge of methodologies and application development and sup[port tools. Ideally you will have a high level of experience in the management of an IT Development or Operations unit within a large retail commercial environment (ie Banking, Insurance, Financial Services). Experience across client server processing platforms, network and infrastructure and computer operations is also important.
