The responsibilities of the role are to provide support to the front office in the creation of new client accounts which will encompass analysis of client legal framework, verification of MiFID categorisation, creation of client accounts on internal systems, liaison with internal teams (front office, back office, KYC), provision of updates on client information to Front office/KYC team as appropriate; and involvement in projects/process improvements where necessary.
The successful candidate will be a graduate in a financial discipline, have experience from a compliance/KYC environment with strong KYC/MiFID knowledge, have some basic fixed income/FX/derivatives product knowledge, and ideally have knowledge of the legal structure of investment funds.
