Top tier Asset Manager is seeking an International Dividend Processing Clerk to process dividends on Global Equities/Fixed interest instruments.

Roles/Responsibilities:

To process dividends on Global Equities / Fixed Interest instruments.
Updating internal systems in accordance with established procedures and controls.
Escalating issues/concerns including breaches, errors and losses in a timely manner and in accordance with defined escalation procedures.
Clearing Nostro reconciliations
Identifying and escalating any risk issues on an ad hoc basis.

Skills/Qualifications:

Previous experience of dividends is a prerequisite
A thorough understanding of asset servicing processes
Asset Manager or Custodian experience will be advantageous
Excellent Excel
Being able to work quickly and precisely in a fast paced environment.
