Office Manager - pro rata Benefits 20 days holiday (Plus 3 additional days over Christmas)

A highly professional, privately owned, Financial Recruitment Company based in the City of London. Our clients include top City Investment Banks, Asset Management Houses and Hedge Funds.

We are currently looking for a proactive and well-organised Office Manager to work for our team of consultants.

You must have a make it happen attitude with a business minded working approach, be able to deal with Senior Clients and Candidates on the phone, have a good attention to detail and be highly organised.

On a daily basis you will provide full admin support to the consultants
Duties will include:
- Typing CV`s
- Answering the telephones, screening calls and taking messages
- Arranging internal meetings and booking rooms
- Greeting candidates
- Arranging Client entertainment
- Dealing with suppliers and placing orders
- Dealing with advertising sites and negotiating rates
- Maintenance of database/ensuring all filing systems and records are accurate and up to date.
- Help run temporary candidate payroll
- Responsible for general filing

The successful applicant will ideally have a minimum 2-3 years experience in administration and secretarial support in a business-to-business environment where you have worked with as part of a team. You should have accurate typing skills, excellent communication, verbal skills and MS Office skills including Excel & PowerPoint. Experience working within a recruitment agency and ADAPT System knowledge and experience is advantageous but not essential. We will also consider good graduates looking for their first role in the City, but you must have superb MS Office skills and be able to demonstrate this during interview.

Hours of work are:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am : 6pm.
Friday: 8.30am - 5pm.
