Prestigious global asset Management Company seeks high calibre P.A. to provide support to the Head of European Customer Service (Exec Director) Key responsibilities will include: Diary management (including prioritisation of urgent issues etc), organisation of meetings (ensuring correct documentation is provided and ensuring that agendas are sent out etc), management of the team inbox, fielding of telephone calls, preparation & review of documentation (spreadsheets, presentations etc), organisation of travel, communication with internal and external contacts to include senior management; general administrative tasks (filing, mail, invoices, expenses etc.); The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, team working and communication skills, have a flexible approach to their work, have a professional manner with the ability to work well under pressure and have strong IT skills (particularly Outlook) Financial services experience is strongly preferred
