Team Secretary is required for an Investment Bank based in the Docklands, you will be supporting a large team within Middle Office.

Team Secretary is required for an Investment Bank based in the Docklands, you will be supporting a large team within Middle Office.
The role will involve:
Diary management
Organising meetings and lunches
High volume of travel arrangements
Assist in answering telephone calls
Processing of expense reports
Arranging payment for invoices
Ad hoc help with presentations, printing, binding
This Team secretary will need to be working with a large team within an Investment Bank, have a positive approach with strong organisation skills. The candidate will be a team player, have a good communication and telephone manner, a high level of attention to detail, as well as excellent organisation/interpersonal skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required.
