Our client is a rapidly growing, specialist Venture Capital house, focused on high-return investments in Renewable Energy ventures globally. Recent investments include Solar, Wind, Biofuel, Electric Vehicles and Marine. The company adopts a flexible investment style, allowing each investment analyst to conduct independent research and initiate deals. They currently have in excess of $1bn AUM.



The role will involve:

- Researching a range of potential renewable energy investments, including extensive valuations and financial modeling.

- Presenting investment proposals to renewables firms and managing the deal process from origination through to execution.

- Overseeing the post-investment development of investments.



Suitable candidates will have:

- Analyst or associate level experience on either M&A or Private Equity, with exposure to the whole deal cycle.

- An ability to conduct fundamental analysis on corporates. Financial modeling skills. CFA qualification is ideal.

- Experience on a team with a related sector focus, i.e. Energy, Oil/Gas, Commodities or Utilities, is an advantage.

- Fluency in French, German, Spanish or Russian is desirable.
