My client is a well established specialist in Private Equity transactions in the Commodities and Renewable Energy space. It conducts a range of Buyouts across European markets with a focus on high growth ventures and restructuring. They require an experienced Project Finance professional to join their team to help run deals across the whole transaction cycle, from origination and modeling through to execution and company management. Suitable candidates will have associate or VP level experience working on a Project Finance team at a well established investment bank or corporate finance house. You will have a track record of PPI/PPFI deals, and a thorough knowledge of how to run projects autonomously. It is a definite advantage if you are fluent in French, Italian or Spanish.
