Global asset management house seeks a high calibre individual with a strong investment management or global custody background and the proven ability to lead and motivate a team to manage the day to day running of the investment support team.

Key purpose of the role is to develop and maintain effective working relationships with portfolio managers, acting as key liaison for all portfolio administration issues, ensuring mitigation of risk and provision of a seamless client service between all operational areas. This will involve monitoring cash overdraft and exposure levels, overseeing the production and publication of performance information and working on ad hoc projects related to new products and systems as appropriate.

The ideal individual will be of graduate calibre, with a relevant professional qualification and knowledge of performance analysis. A commercial approach and strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential and these will be complemented by an effective people management style and the proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
