An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Intelligence officer to join an internationally known financial institution in the Custody and Clearing team. The position will be based in London.

Your tasks:

In this challenging position you will specialise the Custody market, developing market leadership through actionable analysis and recommendations at both strategic and tactical market levels. You will deliver a first class market news service and RFP service

Working in close collaboration with the Sales and Business Development departments you will analyse and identify target customers, new market trends, opportunities and competition.

Through due diligence and broader economic analysis you will provide recommendations and assessments of potential acquisitions and joint ventures. Furthermore you will also be responsible for a proactive communication of the market data to all relevant stakeholders (both internal and external).

Your qualifications:

We are looking for a flexible and resilient person with a background in Market research.
Specific industry knowledge of the Custody market is essential as well as significant marketing experience (Market Research, Marketing Intelligence). A sound knowledge of the securities market would be an advantage.
Beyond that you should be prepared to demonstrate knowledge and passion for recombinant protein and monoclonal antibody products and markets. Fluency in English (written and spoken) will complete your profile.
