Top tier US bank is looking to recruit a Director level equity structurer to head up its loan margin and structured finance business covering Latam and Americas based in New York. Role will involve the following:

Structuring and pricing of equity linked and equity derivative products for clients
Meeting clients expanding the client base and increasing the distribution of products
Heading up a team of 5 structurers and 2 sales.
Key skills will be as a follows:

Proven track record in designing, structuring and executing financial transactions and also pitching equity transactions to clients and structuring the transactions- transactions may focus on equity linked, debt, or generating revenue in the loan margin business arena to high wealth individuals and institutional clients.
Ideal candidate will have technical structuring skills, ideally equity linked experience and depth of knowledge of equity based products and ability to spot business potential and generate revenue.
Successful candidate will ideally be based in the US or have the necessary permit to work there. Superb Position and career progression- responsibilities include heading up a team of 5 and having the freedom to push the business in a totally new direction.
