Are you looking for a varied and challenging role within Commodities?
Our client is seeking a Commodities confirmations & settlements specialist to assist with the increased volumes and trading business.

Commodity Products: UK Gas & Power, European Power, Coal, Freight, Oil & Emissions trading on the OTC market & Exchanges.

Responsibilities

- Settlement of all OTC trades
- Reviewing confirmations from counterparties and brokers to ensure that the economic trade details agree with our deal entry system
- Reconciliation of Exchange margin statements and bank suspense accounts
- Preparation of Invoices and netting statements
- Agreement with 3rd party of payments / receipts
- Reconciling daily margin call and making payment

Requirements

>Knowledge of Commodity Products and Procedures
>Experience of OTC products, ISDA’s and settlements process
>European OTC energy market, EFET, EEX, Powernext and IPE desirable
