One of the top 3 structuring desks in Asia is actively looking for strong Fixed Income structurers to join its team in Mumbai. My client is eager to hire candidates across all levels that have excellent credentials in the interest rates, FX or Equity space. This is a fantastic opportunity and would suit individuals that cover Asian, European and US markets and are eager to move to India. Main responsibilities include:

FX, interest rates or equity structuring for corporates and financial institutions within the Indian and Asian market
Working on product development and wrapping derivatives in a interest rates, equity or FX format
Generating new derivatives ideas or seeking ideas from sales structures, salespeople or traders
Executing transactions with comprehensive client coverage pre-trade and post-trade
My client can only consider the following work history:

It is essential to be working at a structuring position at a top house – my client will only consider structurers
It is essential that the candidates have experience working with corporates and institutional clients across interest rates, equity or FX structuring space.
Candidates that speak any Indian languages or have local market knowledge is highly desirable
This role would suit structurers or sales candidates with knowledge of the Indian market or who have worked abroad and want to return to India
This position is a critical business hire and this role pays a very high base salary and high bonus. My client is willing to pay guarantees for the right candidate with a proven work history.
