Our client, based in London, is a rapidly expanding and leading provider of real estate financial services in Europe. They provide a full range of services to investors in loans secured by real estate and direct investments in real property and currently act as servicer or asset manager for several major global financial houses.

The role:

Manage a portfolio of performing and non-performing commercial property transactions overseeing the administration of the loan and partnership agreement terms, resolving problems and periodically inspecting/revaluing properties. Assist in special underwriting projects and various types of reporting.

 

Experience required:

Minimum of two years experience in a commercial lending/asset management environment is required. Experience in property underwriting, valuation and investment analysis would be desirable.

A working knowledge of commercial property law, accounting terms and financial principles.

Familiarity with loan, security and partnership documentation.

Strong computer skills (Windows and Excel).

Degree from a recognised institution or a degree level relevant qualification from a professional body is desirable.

Able to work in a fast paced environment with quickly changing priorities.

Ability to travel required, sometimes with little advance notice.

European languages, although not essential, would be of particular interest
