In addition it is becoming more and more active in the syndications market which is ever increasing with large infrastructure, energy and other project finance transactions.

Job Description:

As a result we are seeking a Head of Syndications to plan and implement a business development strategy to secure the Bank’s position as a leading player in this sector. This will include building a competent team that is able to command a significant market share.

Primary focus will be to manage origination of new business whilst ensuring the distribution channels are efficient, market aware and competitive.

Person/ Experience required:

Candidates should have proven business development skills with an impressive deal sheet. They are likely to have worked at a senior level within the syndications team of a major international bank. Good communication and managerial skills are a given and knowledge of the Middle East markets is an advantage.
