An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a top-tier Corporate Finance Executive to join one of the most prestigious and acquisitive companies currently listed in the FTSE 100.

The role has a broad remit of corporate finance activities, including: (i) corporate finance projects; (ii) financial analysis - valuation of the group, assessment of potential corporate transactions, synergy estimates, deal structuring, scenario planning; (iii) capital management; (iv) industry / sector monitoring - pricing and valuation analysis; and (v) debt management - analysis of borrowing requirements, assessment of banking terms, negotiation of further facilities and close liaison with credit rating agencies.

The role involves working closely with fin ace team members, with regular exposure to the CFO, as well as other staff and professional advisers. In particular the role involves a significant element of preparation of Executive Committee and Board papers / presentations; a strong personal presence and high quality of written and oral presentation is therefore essential.

As for qualifications and experience, the requirement is for a University educated - 2:1 or higher degree essential – Chartered Accountant; there is a strong preference for ACA they may consider other qualification such as an MBA. Strong modelling skills and hands on experience in medium / large scale corporate transactions is essential.
