This is an exciting opportunity as the team have recently put a huge focus on their Crude Oil desk, bringing in some high profile hires therefore this will offer you the chance to use your expertise in Crude Oil to establish yourself in the market place. The role will see you spending :-

Minimum of 75% of your time working solely with the traders, on the trading desk if desired(rest of the time split between research for institutional clients and marketing) therefore if you wish to spend a greater degree of your time in a client facing role this is also an option too.
Focus purely on the oil markets and be a specialist in this area
You will sit right next to a high profile senior trader who has been with the desk for a short period of time, as well as working with the other traders already present.
Full support of other research groups / EM groups as required
As this is a high profile and critical hire you must have excellent knowledge of Crude Oil Markets and have the drive and ambition to us this platform to make a name for yourself in one of the strongest commodities teams within a bank who is putting a huge emphasis on this area of commodities.
