This well known global investment bank is seeking an experienced C developer to join their front office FX team in London. It is a great time to join a firm that is showing fantastic promise for 2010 and bonus is likely to be very competitive. The developer will work in an established team of seven developers, sitting directly with the traders and quants and playing a key role in the FX business. The role will incorporate the full software development lifecycle in C and you will be expected to have a strong ability to generate ideas and problem solve.



The ideal candidate will posses the following skill set;

Excellent and Extensive Development C
Windows/UNIX
Computer Science/Financial Engineering/Physics/Maths Degree
Front office experience
Broad Financial Knowledge (Will look at other asset classes rather than FX)
This is a great opportunity for an excellent and experienced developer with a strong drive and ambition to develop in a fast paced front office team. The team are willing to compensate and will look at those who are extremely strong technically with C without prior financial exposure. The ability to work in a dynamic and challenging fast paced environment is key to the role and the client will be keen to see those who have demonstrated this.
