The Next recruitment team consists of industry-aligned and IPD/REC qualified recruitment professionals who together have over 50 years hands-on experience. All of our consultants are client owning and specialise in one or more industry sectors. Perhaps the one factor that differentiates Next Employment from its competitors is the consistency of our recruitment team. The average length of stay for a Next consultant is 6.5 years, against an industry average of around 16 months. This makes Next one of the most stable recruitment teams in the industry!

Next also works in partnership with all our clients to offer a bespoke solution to meet their individual needs. A large percentage of our clients have remained with us from the start. Since our inception, many candidates have found their first, second and subsequent jobs with us. It is not unusual for candidates to move into roles where they become clients themselves.

Next currently has an operations office in London West End servicing UK-wide clients and a back-office accounts office based in Aylesbury.
