I am now recruiting for an exciting new position located in Liverpool Street. This role requires excellent administration skills, and strong organisation skills. My client is a global construction company, and are seeking an individual with a similar background. This is a temporary position starting immediately, for a duration of 6 months, with a possibility of extension.

This role is for an experience administrator, looking to work in a fast paced and demanding environment. You will be assisting the sales team, so your communication skills and attention to detail need to be impeccable. Loyalty and a confident attitude will take you a long way in this company, and is highly respected across the board.

Dedication to the company, and the people around you, is highly important. The skill set you require to have, and the ability in your deliverance is monitored. You will have the chance to learn new skills, as well as showcase the ones you already hold. Skills & Duties:

- Welcoming and greeting clients, visitors to the office, refreshment arrangements.
- Arranging and booking meeting rooms for clients, visitors, internal meetings.
- Ownership of the team’s expenses, organising travel arrangements, bookings etc.
- Co-ordinate the team’s diaries including Annual Leave and Sickness.
- Office Administration i.e. answering the telephone, screening calls, taking messages, emails, filing, post etc.
- Assisting with the production of bid proposals and documents including proof reading, checking, formatting, binding and/or uploading of bid proposals, presentations and documents .
- Good customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, able to work on own initiative.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with high attention to detail.

- 3 years+ pre-sales/sales/bid administration experience.
