Salary: £22,000 - plus commission
A wonderful opportunity has arisen to work in a highly successful and growing company who due to continued expansion are seeking to grow their service team - therefore they will be looking for someone who cares about people with the ability to empathise. You are someone who builds rapport with ease and are able to nurture relationships for the future. A passion for people and customer service will ensure success in this role.
For this role you currently have a minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role where you have been involved in extensive client interaction where your communication skills have been fully utilised.
The role will involve:
-Handling multiple emails daily that all need actioning
-Working within a hardworking and committed team where your contribution will be valued and financially rewarded
-Using your initiative to promote the brand
-Working flexibly and non-standard hours which will include evenings and weekends
-Extensive time on the phone so you will get to use your charming, engaging and confident manner on a regular basis
For this role it is imperative that candidates have impeccable written and spoken English and are a graduate/graduate calibre. A natural interest in all London has to offer would be welcomed.
