Your new company
A leading multinational corporation that provides IT services. They are global leaders in digital, tech, consulting and operations services within the IT industry and have an exceptional reputation within the market. They are FTSE 500 and are growing rapidly through acquisition. This role is based within the West London HQ of this US firm. People are paramount to their business and they are now looking to grow their Learning Academy with this key hire.


Your new role
The client is looking for an M&A Learning Consultant to join their London team at a managerial level. You will be based in West London and Paddington and be responsible for the learning post-merger or acquisition. This will involve identifying problems, issues and potential situations that could or will arise after the merger. You will then consult with both sides of the business to see what can be resolved via learning or training and then work with the stakeholders and learning team to ensure the correct L&D programme is designed and implemented. There will be a lot of learning integration involved so you will need to be excellent at solving problems and thinking outside of the box. You will embrace change and change management and work to tight deadlines on multiple, cross functional critical business requirements. There will be some travel throughout the UK depending on projects.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience and understanding working within a digital / IT environment in a Learning role. You will need to have experience in the design of learning materials in regards to mergers & acquisitions as well as advising and working with key stakeholders, both within the current business and the business being acquired. You will also have worked on business integration projects and have identified M&A problems and solutions on a large scale ideally within an IT/Digital business. The successful candidate will have similar experience and a proven, stable work history of success, with a list of achievements including M&A learning projects that have been successfully completed. Experience with the ADDIE Model and Instructional Design would be hugely beneficial. Although Based in Paddington / West London this role will require some travel depending on projects.
