PA - City of London - £40,000 - £45,000 - 26662You will be the glue holding the business together on all things administrative. You'll be fundamental in ensuring the business operates effectively. You will have the ability to be proactive and passionate are the foundations you will need to perform well in this environment.
Two days are never the same with you receiving high volumes of work requests, which means time management and prioritisation skills are essential. You'll act as the gatekeeper to the CUO and CFO with access to diaries and emails, so without question discretion and absolute confidentiality is critical.
* Arrange internal / external meetings and lead all diary management for the CUO and CFO
* Organise video and conference meetings and assist with any catering requirements
* Arrange extensive international travel itineraries, including Visa applications
* Support the business unit wide recognition scheme, including leading the organisation of an annual high profile event
* Produce complex PowerPoint presentations to a high quality in a timely manner
* Assistance with the collation and distribution of reports, budgets and minutes
* Complete expense claims and invoice payment requests and liaise with accounts department
* Collaborate as a team by supporting projects that improve administrative support
* Provide holiday and absence cover for the other secretaries
