An astounding opportunity for a Team Assistant to join a growing international asset management firm based in lovely offices in the City.
Supporting a large sales team of 20, with 2 at Directorship level, you will be responsible for providing superior organisational skill to assist with a range of functions for the team. You will have the exciting opportunity to organise and coordinate events, with the chance to source venues, manage the budget for such project and the relevant administrative tasks. You will be managing the diaries and meeting coordination for the 2 Directors, providing support to the sales team by compiling printed and computerised PowerPoint presentations and other ad hoc admin duties.
Skills/Experience required:
· Ability to be proactive and able to work with your own initiative to manage a heavy workload.
· Ability to produce vital confidential company documents at a high standard with great accuracy under pressure.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple areas of the business.
· Previous events coordination where you have controlled a budget would be advantageous.
