Main purpose of the Job:

• Responsible for delivery of marketing data for fact sheets, questionnaires and client reporting
• Central point of contact for all data related queries

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of data for fact sheets
• Completion of monthly/quarterly product data/ attribution analysis reporting questionnaires
• Production of ad hoc attribution reports
• Provide fund data to several external data providers (Lipper, Morningstar, Bloomberg)
• Provide product information and company data to support the sales channels.
• Provide performance and other data to the Regulator and other external institutions (e.g. MellonCaps)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years industry experience and/or investment manager/consultant background
• Ideally with CIPM qualification (or prepared to take this, 2 modules) or equivalent quantitative mathematics or performance measurement qualification
• IMC preferred but not mandatory
• Good understanding of pooled funds
• Analytical background and quantitative reasoning ability
• Accurate, eye for detail and highly numerate
• Works well under tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of Lipper Hindsight and Factset
• Excellent Excel skills
