My client is looking for a team of purely business focused Senior Business Analyst to be responsible for the design of innovative business solutions to meet strategic, tactical and operational requirements, typically with an impact across multiple business units within the Group.
Duties will include;
· Coaching/ Mentoring other business analysts
· Play a major part in interpreting legislative and regulatory changes, assessing the wider impact on business procedures and designing solutions to ensure compliance with externally driven timeframes.
· Develop close working relationships with IT, programme managers, directors and sponsors to drive decisions and provide project and programme managers with clearly defined business solutions to ensure a successful business outcome
· Liaising with third-party organisations to fully understand business requirements and to identify effective project / programme solutions
· Defining outcomes for project and programme managers, including analysis of tenders, recommendations on third party partnerships for services or software
A successful candidate must have experience in the full project life cycle through development & testing into implementation on financial/L&P Systems. Any experience of UML, Agile or 6 Sigma would be desirable but not essential and formal relevant professional qualification (ISEB Business analysis) would be advantageous. An ideal candidate will come from a Finance background with some experience in the Life and Pension as a preference.This role can be based out of Salisbury, Dorking or Exeter Offices, and is a great opportunity to join an excellent company.
