My client is looking for a seasoned Compliance professional with extensive Monitoring experience.You will undertake compliance monitoring, reviews and producing reports identifying issues arising from the reports.

You will be required to assist in the content of and be responsible for the implementation of a rolling 'risk based' monitoring programme to ensure the implementation of the laws and rules in relation to investment monitoring reviews.

Ensure Compliance procedures and records are being maintained and include theme reviews in the annual monitoring plan

A thorough knowledge of FSA rulebook, the regulatory environment, MIFID, COBS, SYSC, AML, KYC, TCF.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Proven track record of Compliance Monitoring across both Wholesale Bank and Private Banking businesses, with solid proven practical monitoring experience

Team player - The Compliance team consists of a number of areas, covering multiple geographies and being a team player is vital

Ability to work with minimal supervision whilst ensuring overall Function deliverables are met.

Strong analytical skills together with problem solving and taking a common sense approach to solving problems

Good negotiation skills and ability to work with Business and Functions to ensure remedial action taken and value added
