Salary: £70K - £80K Bens Bonus
Our client, a large international securities house, is looking for a Compliance Manager to provide guidance and advice to the capital & wholesale markets business in both the UK & European Markets. Reporting to the Head of Compliance duties will include:

•Ensuring that the business is compliant with relevant European jurisdictions
•Provision of proactive regulatory advice to business managers and support functions on;
- Conduct of business matters (including accepting customers, advising & selling and dealing & managing)
- Market abuse requirements (including insider dealing, Chinese walls & information management and stabilisation)
•Contribute to building and maintaining relationships with clients
•Manage the successful delivery of projects ensuring technical excellence.

The successful candidate will have solid compliance experience gained from wholesale banking & capital markets including good knowledge of equity, fixed income and cash derivatives. This may have been gained from a similar in-house Compliance department or a Professional Services firm (Accounting or Legal)
