Responsibilities: - Final Review of dealing schedules, Capital Activity and Shareholder registers. - Review and interpret Fund documentation and direct action. - The completion and sign-off of all checklists appropriate to the dealing process. - Ensuring all procedures are reflective of the details outlined in the Prospectus and other operating agreements and the documentation of any new procedures. - Monitoring the daily work of team members, planning workloads for the team and ensuring all daily procedures are being followed. - Liaising directly with clients and reporting on feedback of satisfaction with service to department head. - Focus on the continual improvement of service levels and client relationships and promote client awareness throughout the team. - Identify need for new / modified procedures and implement. - Liaison with other departments within the company to ensure business and all information flows are running as efficiently as possible. - Management of and performance of appraisals for staff members. - Regular reporting to the Head of Shareholder Services. - Ensure all daily deadlines are being met by all team members. - Ensure that all staff are familiar with department procedures and that procedures are fully adhered to for each task undertaken.
