One of the top US banks boasting one of the best fund derivatives trading platforms is actively looking to recruit a senior legal structurer for its London office. The role will focus on structuring equity, fund and commodity derivative products and being responsible for all the regulatory, tax, legal and documentary constraints throughout all capital transactions. You will also be responsible for writing new pricing models and also overseeing all the legal issues surrounding these multi asset products. It is essential to have a law degree, be working in capital markets in a structuring, sales or investment banking role. My client will look at technically strong legal structurers with a slightly different skills set, it is not essential to work on a multi asset team.

This is a specialized skill and will be highly rewarded both in remuneration and career progression.
