Responsibilities:
* Draft and negotiate agreements such as CSA’s, GMRA’s, PBA’s, FX.
* Review and advice on Structured Derivatives.
* Acting as the main point of contact for all OTC Derivative
Responsibilities:
* Draft and negotiate agreements such as CSA’s, GMRA’s, PBA’s, FX.
* Review and advice on Structured Derivatives.
* Acting as the main point of contact for all OTC Derivative documentation
* Due diligence
* Liaising with internal departments
Skill Set:
* It is essential that you have at least 2 years buy side experience as an ISDA negotiator.
* It would be desirable that you have sell side experience as well but not essential.
* The client will look at candidates with a broad derivatives, fixed income or equities background.
* Excellent communication skills
* Good time management skills
* Strong team player
* Proactive, must be willing to come up with solutions to keep negotiations moving
