The role is a broad role that will mainly encompass corporate finance but the chosen candidate will also be exposed to structured finance and insolvency issues.


* The chosen candidate will be dealing with new issues of convertibles, as well as domestic equity transactions
* They will be dealing with the after-care for structured lending transactions collateralized by hedge funds
* CLO and CDO management related issues
* Dealing with distressed assets
* Also general commercial agreements such as terms of business, licenses, intercompany and outsourcing agreements


Skill Set:

* The client is ideally looking for a lawyer from 3 years PQE, but will look at candidates outside of this remit if they can demonstrate the necessary skill set
* The client would like to ideally like to see candidates that have trained and qualified in a Magic or Silver Circle Firm
* Strong drafting skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong team player
* Proactive and solutions driven.
