ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage all functions of Disaster Recovery services
Client Relations regarding BCP
Manage departmental staff
Collaboration on client BCP design
Manage workflow
Collaborate with other teams to:
Introduce new technologies to the Disaster Recovery Service offering.
Develop\design testing procedures for new or introducing technology and track results of testing
Manage all aspects of DR including but not limited too implementations, testing and maintenance
Perform analysis of client Disaster Recovery Network components prior to activation and recommend appropriate action with respect to the results and client goals
Support all components of the RFA Hosted Environment for production hosting and DR Hosted environments
Draft procedures for any component of client Disaster Recovery process
Track and trend all Disaster Recovery testing
Provide Primary support for Disaster Recovery Staff during testing or Disaster Recovery activation by client
Assist DR Technicians to develop individual client training materials and\or procedures, or train end users in the proper use of Disaster Recovery services
