Top South African Law firm based in Johannesburg is looking for highly talented and dynamic attorney with three years Commercial Litigation and/or Insolvency experience to join its team of professionals.

The successful candidate will be involved all aspects of insolvency law, in both sequestrations and liquidations, creditors and debtors enquiries, as well as the recoveries of funds on behalf of liquidators and creditors, including but not limited to impeachable transactions.

Requirements are as follows:

Admitted Attorney
At three years relevant experience
Strong Academics
A track record of providing innovative
solutions to complex transactions
