JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will join a well regarded legal team that focuses on the high level and strategic issues within the insolvency and restructuring areas. You will work closely with the business and support them on the legal aspects of their matters, looking at things from a commercial and 'big picture' approach rather than with just a transactional focus. As this involves working with lots of parts of the bank, you will be skilled in building relationships as this is a key part of the role.
SKILLS:
You will have a strong insolvency background ideally (though restructuring lawyers will be considered too). You will come from a well regarded City firm and be interested in a hands-on role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The role is of a level which would normally be suitable for individuals with 3 - 7 years post qualified experience, but we will consider candidates from outside of this if they can demonstrate the necessary competencies.
